We have the currently most advanced machinery production line of FRP sheet to produce professional FRP lighting sheet and FRP flat sheet. We can produce over 50 profiles to match with metal sheets from metal structure companies. We are the manufacturer in Viet Nam which can produce the most series of profiles of  FRP lighting sheets :

- Thickness: 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm

- Resin: Imported grade polyester resin

Application scope：

They are applied to steel structure workshops, warehouses, weather sheds, car parks, weather corridors, lighting sheds, sun sheds, greenhouses, etc. They are the ideal materials for the choices of enterprises and institutions.

Features of the product:

Light transmission

The light transmission of TANALIGHT FRP lighting sheet is  between 40 - 85%. Light through FRP lighting sheet scatters and is mild. It will not form a light band so as to make the indoor brighter.

Impact resistance：

     The strengthening fiber-glass materials criss-cross the structure of the products,which  helps to improve the  impact resistance of FRP sheet. When impacted by spalls or hails, they are hardly broken.

Corrosion resistance:

     The products resist various acids, alkalis and peroxides, especially suitable for  application in the coastal areas and corrosive places.

Temperature performance：

     TANALIGHT FRP lighting sheet is a kind of hot solid high polymer materials. It is designed for normal use in temperatures from - 40℃ to 165℃.

Temperature insulation:

     The coefficient of heat-conduction of  TANALIGHT FRP lighting sheet is 0.18kcat / mhr℃ , only 1/4 of the glass. That is why it has a good property of temperature insulation.

Heat stability:

     TANALIGHT FRP lighting sheet is a kind strengthening plastic of hot solid fiber-glass . Its coefficient of heat expansion is 2.2 x 10-5cm/℃, only 2 times of metal materials. For this reason, when it matches with a metal sheet, the displacement is relatively small, not easy to leak.

The installation rules of TANALIGHT FRP Lighting sheet

     FRP lighting sheets are designed to resist weather interference.It is a kind of lasting lighting products.No care is too much when installation .Breaking or scratching will probably have a had effect on its life span.When matching with metal panels,the lighting sheets should overlap on the metal panels.

1、The diameter of the drilling holes must be 50% bigger than that of fixing screws for the reason of the materials expansion in hot and shrinking in cold.

2、Must use good quality water-proof gasket applying between screws and lighting sheet to get the result of water proof and anti-dust.

3、A dual sided adhesive tape must be put on the above place of the purline to prevent the direct friction between the purline and the lighting sheet.

4、Two dual sided adhesive tapes must be applied in the place of overlap connection through the lengthwise direction for water proof.

5、When storing lighting sheets,never put heavy objects on them in order to avoid sheet breaking.

  PROOF葺きカバーはビーニルレステル樹脂材質、グラス繊維、紫外線防止質、特別ナ添加物から作られている。鉄鋼積層工場、鍍金工場、肥料工場、ペーパー工場、紡績工場、皮革工場などの特別な環境の中に化成品金属の浸食を防止できる葺きカバーを作り出している。

従来、様々な浸食化成品により影響を受けている工場は金属の葺きカバーが飛行する化成品の気体により浸食されている。上記の化成品の気体に浸食される環境に対するの一番良い対策としてはコンポジット材質に交換することである。

PROOF 葺きカバーの誕生は上記の工場の工事に対して網羅構造システムの浸食防止問題を完全に解決するようになった。

*        PROOF 葺きカバーはアシット、アルカリ性などの高浸食化成品防止という性能のある一番高級なコンポジット材質から作られている。
